
PROOF OF INSURANCE COVERAGE … LENDER REQUESTS
When the Association’s insurances renew each year, your lender may request
a copy of the Certificate of Insurance as the renewals approach.
The following information outlines how you can obtain current insurance certificates
directly from our carrier – ACENTRIA / AMERIFLOOD. Requests are normally processed
within 48 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
HOW TO REQUEST WOTCA’S PROOF OF INSURANCE
IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE CERTIFICATE(S) SENT DIRECTLY TO YOUR LENDER INCLUDE
THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION AND YOUR LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR REFERENCE.
WHEN EMAILING REQUESTS INCLUDE:
- Name of the Association
- Your name
- WOTCA property address and you unit number
- Contact information and phone number
- A scanned copy of your bank’s request letter, if possible
